POST/ALL/HISTORY project created Spring 2013 was a set of digital and analog postcards outlining key dates in the establishment of the U.S. Postal Service. Each card relied on keywords to supply its picture and ancellary textual content. Each image was drawn from the first image in a live networked Google Images search, and the key date narrative cut through a two current tweets also drawn live from the network via a Twitter Keyword search. (The project was archived after Twitter changed their API.) The Post all History was an early experiment in networked algorithmic curation. The project was live during the announcement of the end of Saturday Service and there were many new updates on the history of the Postal Service and the difficulties it has had since the 2006 Postal Accountablilty and Enhancement act was signed. During this time there were revelatory juxtapositions occuring between the selected key dates which I chose and the content of the twittersphere.
